Fiona is the daughter of Ian Fuller. She was a child resident of Coriopolis at the time of the bombing crisis of 2118.
She was riding in the Southern Park, approximately three kilometers from the epicentre of one of the detonations, when the device was fired — among the closest surviving witnesses to a blast. Her account of the sequence is consistent with the reconstructed physics: a flash of light, then a delay of some two seconds before the ground began to shudder, then the arrival of the shell wave through the ground itself.
